FMC7 Molecular Target Information Overview
Molecular name: FMC7 (Feline McAb 7)
Gene family: B-cell surface antigen family (B-cell surface antigen family)
Alias: B-cell activation antigen
Previously known as: B-cell surface marker
FMC7 molecule Target Overview
With a molecular weight of approximately 105 kD, this molecule is initially recognized by the cat monoclonal antibody FMC7, which is predominantly expressed on the surface of approximately 50% of adult peripheral blood B cells.FMC7 is closely related to CD20 (MS4A1), and studies have shown that the FMC7 antibody specifically recognizes a specific epitope of CD20, and that its binding is dependent on the extracellular structural domain of CD20.FMC7 has an important role in the hematologic malignant tumors is of great value in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
