CD73, also known as ecto -5'- nucleotidase, is a cell surface enzyme, which is widely expressed on the surface of human endothelial cells and lymphocytes, such as Treg. Overexpression of CD73 in tumor microenvironment is helpful to transform ATP with immune activation into adenosine and promote tumor growth.
