The CD79 complex is a heterodimer molecule, named lg-a (CD79a) and lg-b (CD79b), which forms the B cell antigen recognition receptor (BCR) with membrane-bound immunoglobulin present on the surface of B cells. It participates in signal transduction for B cell activation, with approximately 50% of plasma cell tumor cases testing positive. It is a sensitive, specific, and broad-spectrum B cell marker. CD74 antibody reagents can specifically bind to the CD74 molecular antigen. Immunohistochemistry kits containing CD74 antibody reagents are suitable for the precise diagnosis of lymphoma, leukemia, atypical fibrous yellow sarcoma, and malignant fibrous histiocytoma.
The CD79a antibody reagent specifically binds to the CD79a molecular antigen. The immunohistochemistry kit containing the CD79a antibody reagent is suitable for the precise diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma.
