This product is a sealer designed for fluorescence stained samples and is suitable for sealing tissue sections (e.g. paraffin sections, frozen sections) and cell smears. Its low autofluorescence property can minimize the background interference, protect the fluorescent dye from quenching, ensure the stability of fluorescence signal and high signal-to-noise ratio, suitable for immunofluorescence (IF), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and other experiments.
