Diff-Quik staining is a rapid staining method improved on the basis of Wright's staining, which is one of the commonly used staining methods in cytological examination. The staining solution is prepared by the rapid staining method recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), and similar to Wright's Stain, it is improved by using the principle of Romanowsky Stain technology, and the results are extremely similar to Rachel's Stain. The staining results are very similar to those of Rachel's Stain, but the time required for Dove Rapid Staining is very short, generally within 90s to complete the staining.

Dove Rapid Stain contains fixative and is mainly used for staining blood cell smears, bone marrow smears, vaginal secretion smears, exfoliated cell smears, etc. It is very suitable for batch immersion staining with clear background and no sediment.
