ESA is a cell surface glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 40KDa. It is a broad-spectrum epithelial cell marker, which is positive for most epithelial cells and is mainly used in the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma.

ESA antibody reagents can specifically bind to ESA molecular antigens. Immunohistochemistry kits containing ESA antibody reagents are suitable for the precise diagnosis of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
