FHIT is an oncogene whose ectopic and mutated genes and the accompanying disorders of gene expression are closely associated with the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors, such as malignant tumors of the lungs, head and neck, breast, stomach, pancreas and other tissues. This antibody recognizes FHIT protein with a molecular weight of 17kD, and is mainly used in tumor research.
FHIT antibody reagents can specifically bind to FHIT molecular antigens. Immunohistochemistry kits containing FHIT antibody reagents are suitable for assessing tumor suppressor gene loss in tumor research.
