FoxP1 (Forkhead box prote1) is a member of the FOXP subfamily (FOXP1-4) of transcription factors. Studies have shown that FoxP1 is a transcription factor associated with normal embryonic development, cardiomyocyte development, and speech formation in humans and avians, and that it is a key determinant of motoneuron diversity and connectivity. In recent years, more and more studies have confirmed its correlation with malignant lymphoma, breast cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, etc. FoxP1 is a prognostic indicator for diffuse large B-cell lymphomas, and its positivity in germinal center diffuse large B-cell lymphomas is particularly suggestive of a poor prognosis.
FOXP1 antibody reagents can specifically bind to FOXP1 molecular antigens. Immunohistochemistry kits containing FOXP1 antibody reagents are suitable for the classification of B-cell lymphoma.
