Mast cell-like coagulase [Mast Cell Chymase (MCC)] is an important marker of mast cells, one of the major proteases secreted by mast cells, and an important mediator of inflammation. It is used to study the distribution of mast cells in the skin, synovium, lungs, and heart, as well as research on the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases in which mast cells are involved.
MCC antibody reagents can specifically bind to MCC antigens. Immunohistochemical kits containing MCC antibody reagents are suitable for assisting in the assessment of hereditary tumor risks due to MCC gene mutations or abnormal protein expression.
