Myoglobin is a cytoplasmic protein present in normal rhabdomyosarcoma and rhabdomyosarcoma tumors and is a specific marker for rhabdomyosarcoma. This antibody reacts with human myoglobin and does not cross-react with other proteins, and is primarily used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tumors of rhabdomyosarcoma origin (e.g., embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma).

Myoglobin antibody reagents can specifically bind to Myoglobin molecule antigens. Immunohistochemical kits containing Myoglobin antibody reagents are suitable for the precise diagnosis of tumors derived from rhabdomyosarcoma, such as embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma.
