NF-KB is composed of a family of structurally related proteins, including RelA (p65), C-Rel, NF-KB1 (P50/P105), and NF-KB2 (P52/P100).NF-KB consists of two subunits belonging to the Rel family in either homo- or heterodimers, and can be induced in the form of heterodimers consisting of a NF-KB and a Rel dimer, with the P50/P65 heterodimer playing a major role. NF-KB is mainly involved in the mediation of antibody immune function, and can regulate the expression of many cytokines and adhesion molecule genes related to inflammatory and immune responses, and is used in the study of various diseases.

NF-KB antibody reagents can specifically bind to NF-KB molecular antigens. Immunohistochemical kits containing NF-KB antibody reagents are suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of inflammatory diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis), tumors (such as lymphoma), and autoimmune diseases.
