Oct-3/4 is a member of the POU family of transcription factors, and this protein is mainly expressed in embryonic stem cells, but not in differentiated cells. This antibody is commonly used in the diagnosis and study of embryonal carcinomas and germ cell tumors (e.g. ovarian anaplastic tumors and seminomas), and is associated with tumor prognosis.

The Oct3/4 antibody reagent can specifically bind to the Oct3/4 molecular antigen. The immunohistochemical kit containing the Oct3/4 antibody reagent is suitable for the precise diagnosis of embryonal carcinoma and germ cell tumors (such as ovarian ascytic cell tumor and seminoma).
