P300/CBP is one of the important macromolecular proteins in histone acetyltransferases (HAT). P300/CBP is involved in the activation of many kinds of transcription factors and has its own acetyltransferase activity, capable of acetylating four core histones and many transcription factors. A growing number of studies have confirmed that variations in P300/CBP are associated with the pathogenesis of a variety of human diseases, including diabetes, inflammation, heart disease, and especially tumors.P300/CBP has also been correlated with a number of pathways in tumors, which play different roles in tumors.
The P300/CBP antibody reagent can specifically bind to the P300/CBP molecular antigen. The immunohistochemical kit containing the P300/CBP antibody reagent is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of acute leukemia (such as AML) and Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome.
