TGFBR2 is a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family and the TGFB receptor subfamily. Mutations in the TGFBR2 gene are associated with the development of Marfan syndrome, Loeys-Deitz aortic aneurysm syndrome, Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome, and various types of tumors.

TGFBR2 antibody reagents can specifically bind to TGFBR2 molecular antigens. Immunohistochemistry kits containing TGFBR2 antibody reagents are suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.
