The expression of ERβ in breast cancer tissue is closely associated with tumor occurrence, development, and prognosis. Generally, higher ERβ expression levels may indicate a better prognosis, and the ratio of ERβ to ERα (estrogen receptor α) expression may influence breast cancer's response to endocrine therapy. Detecting ERβ helps to more accurately assess the biological behavior of breast cancer and provides a basis for developing personalized treatment plans. ERβ is also expressed to varying degrees in various tumors, including prostate cancer, endometrial cancer, and ovarian cancer.
ER-Beta antibody reagents can specifically bind to ER-Beta molecular antigens. Immunohistochemistry kits containing ER-Beta antibody reagents are suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer.
