Treatment with imatinib in CMPDs with translocation of the PDGFRB gene and BCR/ABL-negative CMPDs results in genetic remission and is the target of imatinib's action.

Philadelphia chromosome-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-like ALL)

In Ph-like ALL, in addition to CRLF2, multiple kinase genes are disrupted, such as ABL1, ABL2, EPOR, and PDGFRB, which are targets for ABL1TKI dosing.
