Principle: ECD-HCL (1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride) can cross-link proteins through carboxyl group activation, and cross-link with glutaraldehyde to form a dual-network structure, which can maintain more than 95% of the secondary structure of proteins under the condition of pH 6.0-7.0. It can maintain more than 95% of protein secondary structure integrity at pH 6.0-7.0, and is especially suitable for the immobilization of G protein-coupled receptor which is easy to be deformed.
Main components: ECD-HCL, Glutaraldehyde
