Gene family: CD molecules; V-set domain containing
Alias: GP40; LEU-9; TP41; Tp40

CD7 Molecular Targets Overview
The 4H9 monoclonal antibody binds specifically to human CD7, a 40 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily.CD7 is expressed on the surface of T cells, NK cells and acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. CD7 is involved in the regulation of cytokine secretion and cell adhesion. CD7 is involved in the regulation of cytokine secretion and cell adhesion. It provides co-stimulatory signals and associates with CD3 and CD45, and CD7 is involved in T cell activation.
