The 4H9 monoclonal antibody binds specifically to human CD7, a 40 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily.CD7 is expressed on the surface of T cells, NK cells and acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. CD7 is involved in the regulation of cytokine secretion and cell adhesion. CD7 is involved in the regulation of cytokine secretion and cell adhesion.
