This P67.6 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD33 (also known as GP67 and P67), a 67kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the Siglec ( CD33 is expressed in myeloid precursor cells, granulocytes, and monocytes, and there is variability in the intensity of CD33 expression in normal subjects.
