2. Carry out employee recruitment work, maintain existing recruitment channels, develop new recruitment channels, assist the production department in managing employees, and ensure low employee turnover rate;
3. Complete personnel procedures such as onboarding, regularization, promotion, resignation, and transfer for employees; Complete the storage, organization, and updating of personnel files, labor contracts, institutional documents, and other related personnel information; Organize data on labor outsourcing and keep records of personnel changes; Develop and supervise the implementation of the company's attendance system, manage attendance records, and provide attendance statistics on time every month; Establish harmonious and efficient labor relations.
4. Standardize insurance management, timely increase or decrease insured personnel, ensure accuracy and no errors or omissions, and complete relevant insurance declaration procedures in a timely manner;
5. Promote and implement the Group's' Corporate Culture Implementation Plan ', organize employee meetings and various employee activities, etc; Responsible for arranging and recording company related meetings and events; Do a good job in company planning and publicity related work;
6. Conduct an annual survey on employee training needs, develop training plans based on company strategic goals and employee needs, organize employee training, focus on new employee training, and evaluate the effectiveness of training results;
7. Implement management of the receipt, distribution, and storage of company documents, and organize, update, and archive relevant personnel and administrative systems of the company; Manage and distribute the company's office supplies;
8. Responsible for reception work, including visiting reception, guest reception, leadership inspection, department inspection, and other reception; Responsible for comprehensive coordination work, including coordinating the work of various departments within the company, coordinating relevant affairs with county departments, and coordinating relationships with surrounding enterprises; Auxiliary logistics management work
9. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Bachelor's degree or above in unified admission, with priority given to majors related to human resources and economic management (those with relevant experience may relax the requirements appropriately);
2. More than 3 years of work experience in the same position, with experience in team management;
3. Master the basic knowledge of human resource management, proficiently apply common methods of various modules, and be proficient in at least two module businesses, able to independently carry out work;
4. Proficient in operating office software, with certain writing skills, and good communication, management, and organizational abilities;
