1. be responsible for medical equipment warehousing, warehousing, inventory and inventory records, to ensure the consistency of the account; according to the product characteristics (such as sterile, low temperature storage, etc.) to implement special warehouse management specifications;

2. check the packaging, expiration date and storage conditions of medical devices to avoid product damage or failure; cooperate with the quality department to complete regular sampling and isolation of non-conforming products;

3. Connect with purchasing, sales and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders;

4. Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and medical device related regulations; perform warehouse safety operations, including fire prevention, moisture prevention and hazardous material management.

Requirements

1. College degree or above, preferably majoring in logistics, medicine or biology;

2. more than 1 year experience in medical device or pharmaceutical warehousing, familiar with ERP/WMS system; understanding of medical device classification (e.g. special qualification is required for Class III devices);

3. Meticulous and rigorous, able to efficiently handle high-value or high-precision devices; ability to analyze basic data and optimize inventory turnover.
