1. develop, evaluate and maintain suppliers of biomedical devices (e.g. IVD reagents, high-value consumables), and review qualification documents (GMP certificates, product registration certificates, etc.);

2. Process ERP system purchase orders, track key material delivery (emergency order response ≤ 24 hours), coordinate with R&D department to deal with sample sampling technical issues, and ensure project development progress;

3. Ensure that the procurement process complies with the “Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices” and ISO 13485 standards;

4. linkage quality department to deal with incoming material abnormalities, to support the sales side of the clinical needs of rapid response.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in bioengineering, clinical medicine, pharmacy;

2. more than 2 years of medical device procurement experience, familiar with the biomedical device supply chain (such as cold chain logistics management, sterilization process costing);

3. hold CPSM/CPPM procurement certification is preferred.
