Job Category：

1. implementing and controlling the production plan, arranging and coordinating the work of departmental personnel;

2. assisting superiors in organizing and carrying out departmental management activities to complete production plans;

3. completing production tasks according to procedures and norms, ensuring order and discipline at the production site;

4. direct the use of production equipment, and process control and management;

5. Cooperate with and participate in the process stabilization and improvement of finalized products;

6. Coordinate with the R&D department for the development of new products or new processes;

7. Conduct regular risk management reviews in accordance with the company's internal procedures;

8. Provide manufacturing related support to other departments of the company;

Requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Materials or Controls;

2. more than five years of relevant work experience, with experience in the medical industry;

3. trained in quality system ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14000, industry standards, relevant laws and regulations, production management and other aspects of training, understanding of clean room regulations ISO14644 requirements, familiar with the daily operation of the clean room and management;

4. good teamwork spirit, good at grassroots personnel management.
