ITGAM 分子靶点综述
CD11b与CD18非共价结合，形成αM-β2整合素(Mac-1)，与CD54(ICAM-1)、C3bi和纤维蛋白原结合。Mac-1表达于巨噬细胞、NK细胞、粒细胞、小胶质细胞、活化的淋巴细胞和小鼠B-1细胞。CD11b与其配体结合，参与粘附细胞的互相作用。此抗体也可交叉识别人CD11b，可检测人外周血中单核细胞、粒细胞和某一群NK细胞上的该抗原。
