HLA-DR, the DR subregion of the human leukocyte antigen class II gene, encodes a protein that is a double-stranded molecule with a molecular weight of 29-33 kD, which is mainly expressed on the surface of certain immune cells, such as B cells, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells and activated T cells. This antibody is used for typing lymphoma and leukemia.

HLA-DR antibody reagents can specifically bind to HLA-DR molecular antigens. Immunohistochemistry kits containing HLA-DR antibody reagents are suitable for the precise diagnosis of lymphoma and leukemia.
