CD33 is a myeloid differentiation antigen with a molecular weight of 67KD, which is mainly distributed in myeloid blood cells, especially in the early stages of differentiation.CD33 is expressed in more than 90% of patients with acute myeloid leukemia. It is not expressed on the surface of hematopoietic stem cells, nor in mature granulocytes and other tissues, making CD33 a good target for myeloid leukemia therapy.
